I'm Jobina - and I'm the person behind Made by Jobina.

I live in Trowbridge, BA14. I love a good walk around the local area, and I have a little orange car that I use to explore further afield. I'm fairly new to Wiltshire and new to the West and new to non-city living - and that makes it really easy to head out of our home with fresh eyes and extra gusto, to have a bit of an explore and see what there is to discover.
 

I particularly like taking a wrong turn. Walking down otherwise unremarkable streets and taking notice of the everyday buildings - buildings that may not have a plaque on, buildings that conceal a rich history going back possibly hundreds of years, buildings squished up against other buildings, buildings that can hide in plain sight being individually fascinating but just as easy to walk past without a second thought.

Since 2024, I've taken these aimless wanderings and aimless wonderings and channeled them into my Made by Jobina illustrations. And in turn, having the challenge of illustrating my way across Wiltshire - and into Somerset and beyond - is propelling me to explore more, discover more, draw more, make more.
